Tony Symonds

Tony has probably travelled more miles in the Australian Outback than most Australians, usually spending a couple of months each year down under. He is the owner of Lincomb Farm and also a Lantra-qualified coach. His main squeeze is a heavily-prepped Toyota Hilux which distinguished itself as a force to be reckoned with during Mudrut's 2010 Snowline Tour of the Pyrenees. Tony is a keen bush cook, but there is no truth in the rumour that Gordon Ramsay once offered him an obscene sum of money for his 'Outback-Chilli' recipe.
